Lemon juice is an antioxidant and aids the kidneys and liver by flushing out toxins.
Cayenne pepper helps to boost the metabolism and gets the blood flowing!
Here's what I use to make Lemon Water with Cayenne:
30 ounces of H20
juice from one whole lemon
slices of lemons
3 packs of Stevia
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Shake it up and pour in a glass.
Pop it in the microwave until warm.
After I sip the first warm cup I chill the rest of the lemon water and sip it cold.
