Lemon Water with Cayenne

Lemon Water with Cayenne~ EVERY MORNING! Guess what I've been doing every morning?
Kicking the day off with a big glass of warm lemon water with cayenne pepper!
Stephanie highly recommends beginning every day with this routine. Lemon water with cayenne revs up the system and gets the circulation flowing.
It's kinda like saying "GOOD MORNING SUNSHINE!"
Lemon juice is an antioxidant and aids the kidneys and liver by flushing out toxins.
Cayenne pepper helps to boost the metabolism and gets the blood flowing! Photobucket Here's what I use to make Lemon Water with Cayenne: 
30 ounces of H20
juice from one whole lemon
slices of lemons
3 packs of Stevia
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Shake it up and pour in a glass.
Pop it in the microwave until warm. Photobucket After I sip the first warm cup I chill the rest of the lemon water and sip it cold.

  1. You are so good, Teresa. I do love lemon water, hot or cold. I'm not sure I could drink the cayenne, but I DO have a lemon COOKIE recipe with cayenne. Does that count?!? ;) I'll happily eat those for breakfast! ♥

  3. I've been drinking 32 ounces warm water with lemon every morning for about 2 weeks now and really have noticed a difference! Never thought to add cayenne though - must try!
