Day 7: Pearled Barley Veggie Soup

Barley Veggie Soup Do you mind if we skip over day 5 & 6?
Honestly.
There was so much going on I didn't have time to post.
Lots of hikes, yoga in my heated workout studio, welcoming Greg home from an out of town trip, and getting Sweet-Pea ready for surgery early Monday morning. She's being spayed and I just can't stop snuggling my little girl.
Here we are on Day 7 and I've got the most scrumptious, hearty, healthy soup to share. Barley Veggie Soup Greg and I just love this soup. It's jammed packed with nutrients and perfect for a cold, winter night. Here's what is needed to make Pearled Barley Veggie Soup: Photobucket Pearled Barley Veggie Soup~
