This is what you call a SHERBET Float Party!
Lime and Orange Sherbet Floats are one of my all~time favorite treats!I was raised on Sherbet Floats!
They're the haPPiest treat on earth!
Maybe that's why I'm so HAPPY!
I drank so many Sherbet Floats!
Now I make them for Greg and I almost every night during the summer.
Sherbet Floats are on my top ten list!
They're one of my ten BEST THINGS TO EAT~like ever!
That's how scrumptious and refreshing these are!
Here's what you need to make these yummy floats:
Sherbet {lime~orange~pineapple~raspberry}
7~Up or Ginger Ale {very cold~almost slushy}
sliced limes and oranges {optional}
***Put the serving glasses in the freezer until right before you get ready to make the floats.***
There's sherbet and then there's SHERBET!
Did you know that?
I'm partial to Bluebell!
Not just because Bridget is THE BLUEBELL QUEEN~
but because it's the absolute best ice cream in the world!
Make sure the 7~Up or Ginger Ale is very cold...almost slushy.
Scoop sherbet into chilled glass.
Pour cold 7~Up slowly over sherbet.
If you pour the 7~Up really slow you'll begin to see a GLAZE of 7~Up form on the sherbet.
I'm not kidding.
The 7~Up gets glazey and firm and crunchy!
This is my FAVE part!
But you must pour the 7~Up slowly for the GLAZEY~magic to appear!
Eat these with a spoon or sip them through a fancy straw!
If you're a mama~take it from me~
RAISE your kiddos on these HAPPY Sherbet Floats!
Lime and Orange Sherbet Floats!
Guaranteed to make you HAPPY!
Seriously.
These are the haPPiest treats on earth!
xo
