Do you not LOVE cupcakes!
Cupcakes are haPPy!
That's all there is to it!
Cupcakes + Sprinkles + Powdered Sugar Frosting = PERFECTION!
These haPPy cupcakes are for the Bainbridge High School YOGA party at
I used TidyMom's Perfect Cupcake recipe for the batter.
WoW~zee!
Look at all that cupcake batter!
I tripled the recipe!
LOVE these bright colors for the cupcakes!
Bainbridge Yoga House is a bright haPPy place!
These cupcake liners will fit right in! ;)
If you're looking for a fluFFy~cupcake...TidyMom's recipe is the best!
When I was growing up my Mother always iced the cupcakes she made with
Powdered Sugar Frosting.
For me...it's the yuMMiest icing of all for cupcakes!
Here's what you need to make~
Powdered Sugar Frosting:
*2 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
*1/2 cup butter
*1 tsp. vanilla extract
*1 1/2 tablespoons half and half cream
If you want to make Chocolate Frosting~
add 2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa
Begin by whipping the butter.
Sift the powdered sugar.
Add the powdered sugar to the butter.
Continue to mix.
Add the vanilla.
Add the half and half.
***You can use milk if you don't have half and half cream.***
Now the FUN begins!
Time to frost and SPRINKLE the cupcakes!
Grab some food coloring and tint the frosting.
Frost the cupcakes and SPRINKLE them with HAPPY!
I made Chocolate Frosting too!
Cupcakes are haPPy!
That's all there is to it!
Perfect for the high school YOGA party!
Don't you think!

  12. Those are just sooo darned cute, Teresa! You did a wonderful job on them. I have to ask you, though. How do you transport them in huge batches and not have them all yucked up from touching each other? Any secrets? I finally bought a cupcake carrier but it will only do 2 dozen at a time. You have a huge batch there to move!
