Rotel Dip!

Rotel Dip!
It's a tradition!
You can make it....even if you don't ROLL with THE TIDE!
Here's what you need:
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
2 cans Rotel tomatoes 
8 oz. cream cheese
16 or more ounces of Velveeta cheese
*1 pound of lean cooked/drained ground beef can be added to dip*
Tortilla Chips
Begin with the cheddar cheese soup.
Add Rotel tomatoes.
Heat on medium for 3-5 minutes...stirring.
Add cream cheese and stir on medium low heat.
Add cream cheese.
Stir over low heat until smooth.
Add about 16 ounces of Velveeta cheese.
You can add more or less Velveeta...depending on how spicy you like the dip.
Stir on low until smooth.
Serve it up HOT with tortilla chips.
It's good with chicken fingers too!
Paint your toes RED if you're cheering for THE TIDE!!!!

  6. Do you have ANY idea how much I was thinking about you this weekend as we drove through a little bit of your BAMA!? We went to some antique shops during our visit to see our Ranger at Ft. Benning and ended up in Alabama, where Teresa, Greg and Doogan are from! :) We saw PLENTY of Bama-Pride, and ran into all the people going home after the Clemson/NC game on Saturday night!!
